We want you to love your Tees-Inc order, but if something isn't right, we’re here to help.


📦 Print-on-Demand Policy

Because all our T-shirts are printed on demand just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or preference changes.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items if:

  • They arrive damaged

  • The print is defective

  • You receive the wrong product


Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item (showing the issue clearly)

  • Your order number

❗ Items Not Eligible

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)

  • Slight color variations (due to screen differences)

  • Late deliveries caused by shipping carriers


💸 Refunds (if approved)

If your return request is approved:

  • You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you’ll receive a refund and can place a new order.


📮 Returns Shipping

In most cases, returns are not required for damaged/defective products — we will issue a refund or replacement based on photographic evidence.
